Faculty Position in Population Dynamics

Department of Sociology

McGill University, Canada

We are looking to expand our strength in the area of Population Dynamics.  Within this substantive area, all research foci are of interest. However, research on critical issues in developing countries such as fertility and urbanization is particularly welcome. Ability to teach quantitative methods (including demographic methods) is expected.

Applications are invited for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Sociology, commencing August 1, 2013.  (While the appointment is expected to be at the rank of Assistant Professor, appointment at the rank of Associate may be possible under exceptional circumstances.)
